Terms of Use

By accessing or using SEEAT.live (the "Service"), operated by SEEAT.app ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

SEEAT.live is an AI-curated music streaming platform designed for public spaces such as cafés, restaurants, bars, and retail environments. Music tracks are generated using a fine-tuned ACE-step model. Playlist artwork is created using Z-Image.

You may register for an account using your email address or a supported third-party authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

SEEAT.live offers a paid subscription plan at USD $10.00 per month. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. You may cancel at any time through the subscription management portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Free (non-subscribed) users may access the Service with the following limitations:

• Non-authenticated users may preview the first 10 seconds of each track.
• Authenticated free users may play individual tracks in full but will not have access to continuous auto-play to the next track.

All music on this platform is generated by artificial intelligence and does not replicate any existing copyrighted works. SEEAT.app ltd. retains all intellectual property rights to the generated audio and artwork.

Free plan users are granted a non-exclusive licence to stream music through the platform only. Downloading, redistribution, or commercial use outside the Service is not permitted.

Paid subscribers who download tracks through the platform are granted a non-exclusive commercial licence to use those tracks for commercial purposes, including advertising, video production, and business presentations. Redistribution or resale of the tracks themselves is not permitted.

You agree not to:

• Redistribute or resell any content downloaded from the Service.
• Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to circumvent any access restrictions or security measures.
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content from the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SEEAT.app ltd. makes no guarantee regarding uptime, audio quality, or availability of any specific content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEEAT.app ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Upon downloading or streaming music tracks from SEEAT.live, paid subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to perform the audio publicly only within one (1) designated, registered physical commercial venue associated with the subscription account. Sharing downloaded audio files, using a single account to broadcast music across multiple unsanctioned branch locations, or redistributing the files to third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund.

All audio tracks created through our localized AI engines are generated algorithmically. While SEEAT.live guarantees that these tracks are original computations and free from direct correlation with traditional Collective Management Organizations (CMOs), we provide the tracks on an "as-is" basis.

Ownership: The intellectual property of the underlying AI model outputs belongs to SEEAT.live. Paid users are granted a performance license, not absolute copyright ownership.

Commercial Distribution Restriction: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, licensing, or distributing SEEAT-generated music to Digital Service Providers (including but not limited to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music) or using them for global commercial broadcasting (e.g., television, radio) without a separate enterprise agreement.

Music generation requests are processed asynchronously using our specialized local hardware queue. While we strive to deliver all generated outputs within twenty-four (24) hours, SEEAT.live makes no guarantee of exact delivery times. We shall not be held liable for any delay in music generation caused by high server volume, local hardware maintenance, power outages, network disruptions, or other force majeure events.
