Refund Policy

Last updated: May 25, 2026

1. Merchant of Record

All payments on SEEAT.live are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle is responsible for billing, payment processing, and refund decisions.

By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions, which may provide additional consumer rights in your jurisdiction.

2. 14-Day Cancellation Right

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your subscription and request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date, without providing a reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the date your subscription began. To exercise this right, you must notify Paddle before the deadline expires.

3. How to Submit a Refund Request

Refund requests must be submitted directly to Paddle within 14 days of purchase. Please include the following information:

  • The email address used at the time of purchase
  • Your Paddle order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots, if applicable

Submit your request at paddle.net or contact Paddle support directly.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refund approval is at the sole discretion of Paddle. Requests may be denied if Paddle identifies evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.

Outside of the 14-day statutory window, SEEAT.live does not offer refunds for partial billing periods, unused subscription time, or subscription periods that have already started.

5. No Refunds on Consumed Generation Credits & Downloads

Due to the immediate and irreversible consumption of localized hardware computing power and electricity required to synthesize high-fidelity AI audio, our refund policy is strictly structured as follows:

  • Immediate Consumption: Once a user utilizes monthly “Generation Credits” to initiate a music synthesis task, that portion of the service is deemed fully rendered. No refunds, partial or full, will be issued for subscription fees associated with consumed credits, regardless of the user’s subjective aesthetic satisfaction with the final audio output.
  • Download Activation: Clicking the “Download” button on any generated or curated audio track constitutes full delivery of that specific digital asset. Once a download is initiated, the current month’s subscription fee becomes entirely non-refundable.
  • Server Queue Interruption: In the rare event that a generation task fails to deliver within 24 hours due to server-side technical failures, your exhausted Generation Credits will be automatically refunded to your account. However, this does not entitle the user to a monetary refund of the core platform subscription.

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management portal accessible from your account menu. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.

To receive a refund, you must submit an explicit refund request to Paddle as described in Section 3.

7. Contact
