SEEAT.app ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") operates SEEAT.live. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Service. By using SEEAT.live, you consent to the practices described herein.

Account information: When you register, we collect your email address and authentication credentials.

Payment information: Subscription payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. We do not store your credit card details. We retain only your Paddle customer ID and subscription status.

Usage data: We may collect information about how you interact with the Service, such as playlists played and session duration, to improve the experience.

• To provide and maintain the Service.
• To process subscription payments and manage billing.
• To communicate important account and service updates.
• To improve our AI music generation models and platform features.

Music on SEEAT.live is generated by a fine-tuned ACE-step model. Playlist artwork is generated by Z-Image. No personally identifiable information is used as input to these AI models.

We share data with the following third-party services only to the extent necessary to operate the platform:

• Supabase – database and authentication.
• Paddle – payment processing and Merchant of Record, subject to Paddle's Privacy Policy. Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records).

We use cookies and similar technologies for session management and authentication. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
