利用規約

SEEAT.app ltd.が運営するSEEAT.live（以下「サービス」）にアクセスまたは使用することにより、本利用規約に拘束されることに同意したものとみなします。同意されない場合は、サービスをご利用いただけません。

SEEAT.liveは、カフェ、レストラン、バー、小売店などの公共スペース向けに設計されたAIキュレーション音楽ストリーミングプラットフォームです。音楽トラックはファインチューニングされたACE-stepモデルで生成され、プレイリストのアートワークはZ-Imageで作成されます。

メールアドレスまたは対応するサードパーティ認証プロバイダーでアカウントを登録できます。認証情報の機密性の維持、およびアカウント上で発生するすべての活動についてはお客様の責任となります。

SEEAT.liveは月額USD $10.00の有料サブスクリプションを提供しています。Paddleを通じて毎月自動課金されます。いつでもサブスクリプション管理ポータルからキャンセルでき、キャンセルは現在の請求期間終了後に有効となります。返金に関する権利と手続きについては、 返金ポリシー.

無料（未サブスクリプション）ユーザーは以下の制限のもとでサービスを利用できます：

• 未認証ユーザーは各トラックの最初の10秒のみプレビューできます。
• 認証済み無料ユーザーは個々のトラックをフルで再生できますが、次のトラックへの自動再生はご利用いただけません。

本プラットフォームの音楽はすべて人工知能によって生成されており、既存の著作権保護作品を複製するものではありません。SEEAT.app ltd.は生成された音声およびアートワークのすべての知的財産権を保有します。

無料プランユーザーにはプラットフォーム上でのみ音楽をストリーミングする非独占ライセンスが付与されます。サービス外でのダウンロード、再配布、または商業利用は禁止されています。

プラットフォーム経由でトラックをダウンロードした有料会員には、広告、映像制作、ビジネスプレゼンテーションなどの商業目的でトラックを使用する非独占商業ライセンスが付与されます。トラック自体の転売または再配布は禁止されています。

以下の行為を行わないことに同意します：

• サービスからダウンロードしたコンテンツの再配布または再販。
• 適用される法律または規制に違反する方法でのサービス利用。
• アクセス制限またはセキュリティ対策の回避の試み。
• サービスからコンテンツをスクレイピングまたは収集する自動化ツールの使用。

本規約に違反した場合、事前通知の有無にかかわらず、当社の判断によりアカウントを停止または終了する権利を保留します。

サービスはいかなる種類の保証もなく「現状のまま」提供されます。SEEAT.app ltd.は稼働時間、音質、または特定コンテンツの利用可能性について保証しません。

法律で許可される最大限の範囲において、SEEAT.app ltd.はサービス利用から生じるいかなる間接的、付随的、または結果的損害についても責任を負いません。

Upon downloading or streaming music tracks from SEEAT.live, paid subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to perform the audio publicly only within one (1) designated, registered physical commercial venue associated with the subscription account. Sharing downloaded audio files, using a single account to broadcast music across multiple unsanctioned branch locations, or redistributing the files to third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund.

All audio tracks created through our localized AI engines are generated algorithmically. While SEEAT.live guarantees that these tracks are original computations and free from direct correlation with traditional Collective Management Organizations (CMOs), we provide the tracks on an "as-is" basis.

Ownership: The intellectual property of the underlying AI model outputs belongs to SEEAT.live. Paid users are granted a performance license, not absolute copyright ownership.

Commercial Distribution Restriction: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, licensing, or distributing SEEAT-generated music to Digital Service Providers (including but not limited to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music) or using them for global commercial broadcasting (e.g., television, radio) without a separate enterprise agreement.

Music generation requests are processed asynchronously using our specialized local hardware queue. While we strive to deliver all generated outputs within twenty-four (24) hours, SEEAT.live makes no guarantee of exact delivery times. We shall not be held liable for any delay in music generation caused by high server volume, local hardware maintenance, power outages, network disruptions, or other force majeure events.
